GroBihar – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 1 January 2027
इन Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) के अनुसार GroBihar platform का उपयोग करने वाले सभी Customers, Sellers, Delivery Partners और अन्य Users इन नियमों को स्वीकार करते हैं।
1. Platform Rules
1. GroBihar एक online marketplace/platform है जो customers और sellers को connect करता है।
2. Product की quality, quantity, availability और legality की प्राथमिक जिम्मेदारी Seller की होगी।
3. GroBihar को किसी भी product, seller या order को reject, suspend या cancel करने का अधिकार है।
4. Platform पर दी गई information में आवश्यकतानुसार बदलाव किया जा सकता है।
2. Seller Registration & Account
1. Seller को सही नाम, mobile number, business और bank/payment details देना आवश्यक है।
2. एक Seller अपने account की login information किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को गलत तरीके से उपयोग करने नहीं देगा।
3. गलत information देने पर Seller account suspend या terminate किया जा सकता है।
4. Seller अपने listed products की कीमत, stock और product information सही रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा।
3. Product Listing Rules
1. Seller केवल legal और permitted products ही list कर सकता है।
2. Illegal, counterfeit, expired या prohibited products बेचने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
3. Product की photo, description, size, quantity और price सही होनी चाहिए।
4. Product unavailable होने पर Seller को तुरंत stock update करना होगा।
5. बार-बार unavailable product के orders cancel करने पर penalty या account suspension हो सकता है।
4. Pricing Rules
1. Seller को product की वास्तविक shop/selling price के अनुसार listing करनी चाहिए।
2. Customer को misleading या गलत price नहीं दिखाया जा सकता।
3. GroBihar promotional offers, coupons या discounts के लिए अलग rules लागू कर सकता है।
4. Product price में किसी भी additional charge को स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाना आवश्यक होगा।
5. Seller Commission
1. Seller से applicable Seller Plan के अनुसार commission लिया जाएगा।
2. Commission rate Seller के selected plan/category के अनुसार अलग हो सकता है।
3. GroBihar आवश्यकता के अनुसार commission structure को future में update कर सकता है।
4. Applicable commission order settlement/payment से adjust किया जा सकता है।
6. Delivery Charges
1. Delivery charge order distance, Seller Plan और applicable delivery policy के अनुसार निर्धारित किया जा सकता है।
2. जहाँ लागू हो, Seller को product price में निर्धारित delivery amount जोड़ने की अनुमति होगी।
3. Customer को checkout/order summary में applicable charges की जानकारी दी जाएगी।
4. Delivery charge policy GroBihar द्वारा समय-समय पर बदली जा सकती है।
7. Order Rules
1. Customer द्वारा order place करने के बाद Seller को order स्वीकार करके निर्धारित समय में product तैयार करना होगा।
2. Stock उपलब्ध न होने पर Seller को order cancel/update करना होगा।
3. गलत product, गलत quantity या खराब product देने की जिम्मेदारी Seller की होगी।
4. Fraudulent या intentionally गलत orders को GroBihar cancel कर सकता है।
8. Cancellation & Refund
1. Order cancellation और refund GroBihar की applicable refund policy के अनुसार होगा।
2. Product unavailable होने या Seller की गलती से order पूरा न होने पर applicable refund दिया जा सकता है।
3. Refund original payment method या applicable alternative method से किया जा सकता है।
4. Refund processing time payment provider/bank के अनुसार अलग हो सकता है।
9. Seller Suspension Rules
निम्न परिस्थितियों में Seller account suspend या terminate किया जा सकता है:
- Illegal/prohibited items की बिक्री
- Counterfeit/fake products की बिक्री
- Shop price से अनुचित रूप से अधिक price रखना
- गलत product information देना
- बार-बार order cancel करना
- Product available न होने के बावजूद order accept करना
- Customer complaints का लगातार बढ़ना
- Fraudulent activity
- Fake reviews/orders बनाना
- Platform rules का उल्लंघन करना
- Payment या transaction में धोखाधड़ी करना
10. Product Quality & Expiry
1. Seller केवल safe, genuine और legally saleable products उपलब्ध कराएगा।
2. Expired या damaged products भेजना prohibited है।
3. Food, grocery और other consumable products के लिए applicable laws और safety requirements का पालन करना Seller की जिम्मेदारी होगी।
4. Customer को गलत या expired product मिलने पर applicable complaint/refund process उपलब्ध होगा।
11. Customer Rules
1. Customer को सही delivery address और contact details देनी होंगी।
2. Fake orders या intentionally fraudulent orders करना prohibited है।
3. Delivery receive करते समय Customer को product और quantity check करनी चाहिए।
4. Abuse, threats या fraudulent claims करने पर Customer account restrict/suspend किया जा सकता है।
12. Delivery Partner Rules
1. Delivery Partner को order सुरक्षित और निर्धारित process के अनुसार deliver करना होगा।
2. Customer और Seller की personal information का misuse नहीं किया जा सकता।
3. Delivery Partner को order या product में unauthorized बदलाव करने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
4. Fraud, theft, misbehavior या repeated delivery violations पर account suspend/terminate किया जा सकता है।
13. Offers, Coupons & Cashback
1. Promotional offers की validity, eligibility और limits GroBihar द्वारा निर्धारित की जाएंगी।
2. एक customer पर coupon/offer की usage limit लागू हो सकती है।
3. Fraudulent तरीके से offers का misuse करने पर benefit cancel किया जा सकता है।
4. GroBihar किसी भी offer को modify, suspend या withdraw करने का अधिकार रखता है।
14. Reviews & Ratings
1. Customer केवल अपने वास्तविक purchase/order के आधार पर review दे सकता है।
2. Fake, paid, abusive या misleading reviews prohibited हैं।
3. GroBihar policy violation वाले reviews को remove कर सकता है।
15. Payments
1. Customer को order के समय applicable product price, delivery charge और अन्य applicable charges की जानकारी दी जाएगी।
2. Payment processing authorized payment partners के माध्यम से हो सकती है।
3. Suspicious या fraudulent transactions को hold, cancel या investigate किया जा सकता है।
16. Data & Privacy
1. User की personal information को applicable privacy laws और GroBihar Privacy Policy के अनुसार handle किया जाएगा।
2. Seller/Delivery Partner को Customer की information केवल order fulfilment के लिए उपयोग करनी चाहिए।
3. Customer data को unauthorized तरीके से share, sell या misuse करना prohibited है।
17. Platform Availability
GroBihar website/app की availability हमेशा guaranteed नहीं है। Maintenance, technical problems, network failure, third-party services या अन्य circumstances के कारण service temporarily unavailable हो सकती है।
18. Liability
1. GroBihar marketplace/platform service प्रदान करता है और Seller द्वारा बेचे गए products की quality या legality के लिए Seller primary responsible होगा।
2. GroBihar fraud, technical issues, force majeure या third-party service failures के कारण होने वाले indirect losses के लिए applicable law की सीमा तक जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
3. कोई भी limitation लागू कानून के तहत User के non-waivable rights को प्रभावित नहीं करेगी।
19. Policy Changes
GroBihar समय-समय पर इन Terms & Conditions, Seller Rules, Commission, Delivery Charges, Refund Policy और अन्य policies को update कर सकता है।
नई policy publish होने के बाद platform का continued use updated Terms की acceptance माना जा सकता है, जहाँ कानून इसकी अनुमति देता है।
20. Governing Law & Dispute
इन Terms पर लागू भारतीय कानून के अनुसार interpretation किया जाएगा। किसी dispute को पहले आपसी discussion और complaint-resolution process के माध्यम से हल करने का प्रयास किया जाएगा। आवश्यक होने पर applicable jurisdiction के competent courts में मामला उठाया जा सकता है।
21. Acceptance
GroBihar platform पर account बनाना, product list करना, order करना या platform का उपयोग करना इन Terms & Conditions की acceptance माना जाएगा।
